2.)Where do you live? Schaumburg Illinois 


3.)What type of athlete are you(recreational/pro/leisure)? Leisure runner!


4.) How long have you been participating in this sport?  Since I was 16


5.)What is your training regimen? 
I run typically 4-5 days a week as well as cycling and lifting weights on my non-run days.
 
6.) What challenges did you face as an athlete before using our product (aching feet from plantar fasciitis pain)?
My feet were a little sore and I do not like wearing shoes in my house but my feet need a little support throughout the day.
 
7.) What is your impression of the Silipos product we sent you? How did it add value to you? What did you like about it? How has using this product make your life easier/better? Did it help with the pain you were experiencing?
I’ve found wearing the Active Plantar Fasciitis Gel Arch Sleeves when I’m not running or wearing shoes help give me the support my foot needs and the gel arch feels like a little massage when I step and I love it.

9.) What is something that your followers do not know about you, that you find to be very important to your personal lifestyle? 
That’s I’m always on the go. I can never stay still.
 
 
10.) What keeps you motivated when you are faced with challenges? 
 That I know I’ll feel better when I get it done.


11.) How do you structure your days? 
I like to get up at 4 am and knock my run out of the way. After that I come home stretch and get my kid on her distance learning and spend the other time trying to keep my kids entertained.


12.) Who are your biggest influences? Who do you admire most? Mirna valerio, I know she has no idea who I am but I love her story and love her journey. She’s so entertaining and proves we can do anything we put our minds to and I admire her so much.


13.) How do you care for your body and health aside from your sport? 
I try my best to eat healthy but I know I’m not perfect. Mobility is something I work on a lot.

14.) What is one piece of advice you would give to an aspiring athlete? 
Don’t do too much too fast. Enjoy the process and the journey and stretch.
