Return Policy
General Products:
- All inquiries can be communicated via telephone, e-mail, fax or regular mail (see contact information below)
- Returns are related to any Gel, Foam, Felt or Suede products purchased up to 60 days. Distributors must provide proof of sale to customer to show sale within 60 days.
- We will replace any of our Silipos products within 60 days if defect of material or workmanship is apparent. Anything outside of these parameters will be strictly on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Silipos.

Prosthetics products (Distributors only):
- Our Duragel, Siloliner or Low-Activity Liners (LAL) have a 6- month warranty after receipt of products or with proof of sale to customer
- There will be no returns for overstock or mis ordered inventory.
- To be eligible for a return and credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Customer Service is to be contacted via email or mail to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning product. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is assigned for tracking purposes.
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Silipos in the form of a RAN.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returned goods, unless otherwise noted on RA.
- Silipos will pay for freight only if return is due to any discrepancies and / or error on our part and is reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment.
- Silipos assumes no responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged during shipment to our warehouse.
- There may be a re stocking fee associated with returns based on size of return.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. - Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
