Where do you Iive? I live in Surat from Gujarat, India 3.

What type of well practitioner are you? I am a fitness blogger majorly working in the field of yoga and meditation

What is your day job or is this it? I am a full time mom, a home maker and a full time blogger

How long have you been participating in yoga? I have been doing yoga since I was a kid and have been practicing it since then but when I conceived I realized how important it is and people should know the tremendous benefits of yoga thus I started blogging about it.

Who are your biggest influences? Who do you admire the most? My biggest influence in this journey is my maternal grand father. He used to take me to practice when I was a child and he is the one who carved this talent within me. He is in his 70’s and he still practice yoga everyday without fail, so yes he is my biggest influencer. I admire all those people who make sure that their first priority is their health because only a healthy human being can take care of everything else with all their abilities.

What is your training regimen? My training regime is pretty simple, I usually prefer working out in the morning hours but as I am a mom as well and my child is too young sometimes I have to shift my training time during afternoons to match up with my babies schedule.

How do you structure your days? I wake up at 7 a.m, take my luke warm cinnamon water and a banana with it. Practice for about an hour and then have a light nutritious breakfast including fruits and juices and then after 3 hours from then I take my lunch by noon and then again a light snack with green tea around 5 pm and then finish up my dinner which includes a soup and vegetables by 8 pm and then try and go to bed by 11 pm … I just try to remain disciplined with my regime.

Do you find your diet to be crucial part of your lifestyle? If so, what diet tips would you recommend to our followers? My diet is definitely a crucial part of my lifestyle. Diet plays a big role in making and breaking your body shape. I would like to tell my followers that they should always emphasis on clean eating and portion control it plays a big role.

How do you care for your body and health aside from your practice? I meditate and eat clean and healthy.

What did you like about that? The silipos product I received from you is really good, as we say first impression is the last impression. What is something your followers do not know about you, that you find to be very important for your personal lifestyle? My followers doesn’t know that I am a go getter and I usually get stuck when things doesn’t work out the right way and so I keep on trying and trying to the point where I finally achieve what I thought to achieve.

What keeps you motivated when you are faced with challenges? My strong will to come out like a shining star keeps me going in tough times.

What is one piece of advice you would give? The only advice I would give is that never give up on something you really want because if you give up you will never be able to achieve that goal you are aiming.
