TheraStep™ Gel Strips and Dots work together to provide comfort and cushioning relief to the foot anywhere inside the shoe. The two gel strips are shaped for where the shoe straps cut or rub while the four gel dots are shaped for where the rest of the shoe pinches or irritates. Our shoe strips are ideal for all shoe types, including heels, the gel cushioning is transparent and virtually invisible.
