The arch are the primary structure of support for the body helping to absorb shock, create balance, bear weight and stabilize our body’s movements. When the muscles, bones, ligaments or tendons that surround your foot are weakened or strained it can cause pain, particularly after long periods of walking or standing.

The ball of foot is the padded portion of the sole between the toes and the arch of the foot. Commonly known as metatarsalgia, this condition centers around five bones at the base of your toes.
